Free from the Stronghold of Torment
Torment, like depression, comes on us when we feel helpless. God gave us provisional delivery [through His grace] to overcome any torment or tormentor.

Why give more attention to demonic activity, to the problem, to unrighteousness, and to the circumstances of an evil situation or evil working in a person, than to God and His grace which is sufficient for us?
After receiving Christ we can’t just sit back and watch God work in our lives. It isn’t that easy. We still live in an imperfect world where trouble seems to stalk us in the least likely places and at the most inopportune times.
The benefit of receiving the salvation in Jesus Christ by faith is that now we are not in the battle alone. The stronghold of torment has no place in our lives. God’s goodness overcomes any and every tormentor.
It’s so easy to give the enemy the time, attention, and favor that we should be giving to God. The enemy of torment exemplifies the personality of Satan [the thief]. It steals, kills, and destroys our joy, our praise, our love, and worship of God.
It’s time to end this tragic love affair with torment and give honor, trust, and our attention to the One who gives us grace, salvation, life everlasting, peace, joy, and all earthly and spiritual blessings. Will you be ready?

5 Biblical tips to overcome torment:
1. Refuse to give in to torment. It does not deserve your precious time. Instead pray and ask God’s intervention. Gratefulness [to God] destroys torment.
Psalm 7:17 I will give to the Lord the thanks due to His rightness and justice, and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.
2 Thessalonians 3:16 May the Lord of peace give you his peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
2. Concentrate on God’s goodness with thanksgiving and worship.
Psalm 27:6 And now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me; in His tent I will offer sacrifices and shouting of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.
4. Think of all that God has already done for you.
Psalm 77:2-6 In the day of my trouble I seek (inquire of and desperately require) the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out [in prayer] without slacking up; I refuse to be comforted. 3I [earnestly] remember God; I am disquieted and I groan; I muse in prayer, and my spirit faints [overwhelmed]. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! 4You hold my eyes from closing; I am so troubled that I cannot speak. 5I consider the days of old, the years of bygone times [of prosperity]. 6I call to remembrance my song in the night; with my heart I meditate and my spirit searches diligently:
3. Expect God to answer your prayers for deliverance.
Psalm 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, my Help and my God.
5. Hold fast to His promises. He cannot go against His own word.
Psalm 119:160 The sum of Your word is truth [the total of the full meaning of all Your individual precepts]; and every one of Your righteous decrees endures forever.
2 Timothy 2:13 If we are faithless [do not believe and are untrue to Him], He remains true (faithful to His Word and His righteous character), for He cannot deny Himself.

What a wonderful condensed editorial I certainly enjoyed it
